We understand that committing to join a new group can be a little scary.
That's why we start out new Growth Groups by letting people take a test drive. When you sign up we’ll place you in a group of people similar to you in age and stage of life. All we ask is that you make an initial commitment of 10 weeks. During those 10 weeks you will meet together as a group in a low-pressure, friendly environment designed to help you get to know each other. This fall all of our groups will be going through the NT40 campaign together, and in your group you'll find a comfortable environment for discussing the readings that you have done. At the end of that ten-week period we ask everyone to thoughtfully and privately make a decision about whether or not they want to continue on with the group. Didn’t quite click with this group of people? Or did you discover that you’re too busy to commit to a group right now? No problem. At this point you can back out for any reason. No harm, no foul. That’s our guarantee.
After the ten weeks is up those who want to continue will be officially launched as a new Growth Group, and they’ll be off and running. Those who decide not to—for whatever reason—can toss their names back in the hat to be placed in a new group when they feel ready for it.
