Administrative Assistant for Student Ministry

This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the Student Ministry staff, particularly in relation to regular programming and event coordination.  To accomplish this, the Administrator will work closely with the Director of Student Ministry and Middle School Director, support staff, and adult volunteers, as well as working with the Administrative Assistants from other departments. Facilities Manager

This position is responsible for the operation and management of the maintenance of the physical plant, outbuildings, parking areas and associated church owned property.   The position requires project management experience and the understanding of an annual budget and the ability to prepare and operate proactively within that budget.  Budgeting will be in conjunction with the Director of Administration. Age Requirement: 16 or older preferred, 15-1/2 may be considered

Hours typically after school two to three days a week and special events with the possibility of additional hours as needed/arranged.  During the summer and other school breaks, hours will typically be in the mornings. We’re looking for someone with a positive & teachable attitude who learns quickly, can take initiative, and has a high attention to detail.  Duties include room set-ups for meetings, classes and events and assisting with maintenance & repair projects around the church.  Lifting & moving of tables, chairs, heavy boxes, etc. will be required.
